A vos papilles ! Le vendredi 20 mars, Baptiste Gautier, chef du restaurant Octave à Troyes, prend les commandes de la Maison du Jardinier pour une collaboration exceptionnelle. Après un apprentissage effectué au Taillevent, un 2 étoiles parisien, le jeune chef a voyagé en Amérique du sud et en Asie pour revenir au pays natal avec des idées de recettes “fusion”, entre la cuisine du marché et celle venue d’ailleurs. Son restaurant Octave est devenu une escale gourmande incontournable du centre historique de Troyes, dans un cadre intimiste et confidentiel qui fleure bon le savoir-faire. Baptiste Gautier propose un menu unique, pensé pour faire découvrir son travail et son univers.

 🕯 À la lueur des lanternes et au son de l’orgue acoustique, laissez-vous transporter dans une visite guidée inédite, un voyage sensoriel à travers le temps et une immersion mystique au cœur de l’abbatiale.

 ⛪️ Combien de messes, combien de consécrations, combien d’histoires et de mystères recèle le froid immaculé de ses murs ? Quels esprits cisterciens attendent la nuit pour sortir du silence ?

 🌙 À l’abbaye, Damien et Emma vous attendent pour vous en conter quelques uns lors d’une visite nocturne inédite.

 🧑‍🍳 À cette occasion, le restaurant restera exceptionnellement ouvert le soir pour vous servir un apéritif ou un repas chaud.

"The old boarding school at the abbey is about to be demolished. You have been warned that something is hidden there, but what?

Every detail is important, and time is running out before the final demolition. Can you use your logic, observation and team spirit to uncover this secret ?

You have 1 hour to explore the premises, solve a series of puzzles, manipulate objects and achieve your mission. You need to be curious, have cooperative consciousness, ... and above all, don't waste a second.

This Escape game was possible thanks to the financial support from the Bourgogne Franche Comté Region and ADEME as part of the Destination France plan.

Upon entering, you will discover an exhibition that will give you a new perspective on the material Earth. Through a journey from geology to architecture, you will learn about the physical properties and different uses of this material in architecture, both past and present. The experiments on offer will give you a fun way to understand the physics of grains and the technical possibilities offered by this building material, while highlighting its links with our region.

Permanent exhibition in partnership with CRATerre & Amàco. On display in the 19th-century building.
